All orders are shipped using a secure and tracked delivery method (Track & Trace). Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the required threshold. No code is needed.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 23:00 are typically processed the same day. During busy periods, processing times may take 1–3 business days.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been placed.

Free Shipping

  • Netherlands → free shipping on orders over €60
  • Belgium & Germany → free shipping on orders over €85
  • Rest of Europe → free shipping on orders over €120
