The registered 1-year warranty begins on the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will replace parts or the entire product in the event of defects in materials or workmanship, depending on the specific circumstances.

This warranty does not cover physical damage due to misuse or accidental damage to the product. Damage caused by improper use includes: incorrect use of a power supply; misuse of the product, such as using it outside its intended scope; use of components not supplied by Haidu; intentional damage, etc. Such damage is not covered by this warranty.

Proof of purchase is required.

Registering your warranty provides 12 months of coverage against manufacturing defects in the product. If you need assistance with a product currently under warranty, please email support@haidu.co, and we will get back to you within two business days.
