5 Adjustable Positions for Your Comfort
Instructions
1.
Insert the mouthpiece into the designated hole until it is firmly seated.
2.
Carefully remove the water tank from the appliance.
3.
Add warm water to the reservoir up to the fill line indicated. Optional: add nasal rinse salt and shake.
4.
Stand in front of the sink and keep your mouth open. Choose the desired position and gently insert the mouthpiece into the nostril.
